I go to food basics quiet a while really good products and prices but the real problem is the costumer services, every time I go to a cashier I usually go on and say “ hi”, “ how are you?” Etc. and you know what they do? Nothing they ignore my acknowledgment and just scan my items. Yes I do want them to scan my stuff but not like robot style have some light in it, talk to your costumers, maybe make a friend or two. Plus I asked for a bag and they act like they don’t hear me. Please food basics if you could make your employees acknowledge the costumers more

We went their for the special on the roast and found many other specials, a great place to shop. They have numerous ethnic items as well, will go back again.

If you want anything that's on sale in the flyer, go early on the first day. Otherwise, the shelves get cleared out in a day, and not replenished until next week. Should be putting limits on some stuff so us regular folk who work and can't come at store open can still get some affordable deals after work. But the people here are awesome and super helpful if I ever need anything

This was my ususal place to do my grocery shopping due to the low cost of baby formula. Well the greedy pigs jacked the prices on baby formula overnight. I'm no longer a customer.

I love shopping at Food Basics 😋! Clean floors, fresh and arranged products, non-existent line up with the help of Self-Serve machines and they always have staff around the Self-Serve machines if you ever need help. Moreover, their groceries prices are amazingly lower than competitors. I always get surprised for how low their products are especially their pairs products for cheaper prices.

This store has good prices and a wider selection of products with more cultural diversity than some of the other supermarkets in the area. The variety could be better. I find their fruits and veggies are not the freshest, but it's a good place to buy meats.
